“Besides academic support, I am trying to reach out to my students and integrate social emotional learning in my curriculum . It is difficult for our students to learn from home, and some of them miss the social interaction and the support they receive in school. Some of them are stressed and worried. Part of my role is to help them and provide them with the resources, and the strategies to educate them, encourage them, and to let them know that they are not alone.”
